Answers OnDemand and Benefits OnDemand are the same platform; titles are used interchangeably.
BOD Resources:
Rep Script: Scripting for education calls
Assistant Playground: Quick question support
Rep Users: Houses inbound number, homepage URL, and credentials
Resources: Documents that client cant see (ex. counselor knowledge)
Before Enrollment:
Credentials (if new): Must log in two days prior to enrollment and review platform
Counselor Training : Review BOD once you gain access
During Enrollment:
Read script verbatim
